Loan purpose: Coverage of cash deficiencies due to insufficient funds on the settlement account
Loan amount: 30% of total credit turnover on the Customer’s settlement accounts opened with the Bank in the past six months
Loan currency: RUB
Interest rate: Individual
Loan term: Up to 3 years
Monthly payment: Withdrawal of interests and principal amounts by the Bank as soon as cash is accumulated on the Customer’s settlement account.
Within the ceiling limits, tranches with a total duration of 30 to 60 days are established (depending on the kind of collateral)
Requirements to collateral:
- Up to RUB 1,000,000 – the suretyship by beneficiary owners
- If more than RUB 1,000,000, the following forms of collateral:
- pledge of the Customer’s fixed assets;
- pledge of ownership interests in the Authorized Capital;
- pledge of shares;
- pledge of buildings and/or structures (mortgage);
- pledge of inventory holdings, pledge of motor transport;
- pledge of property rights (rights to receive funds, other property rights);
- other liquid types of security
- suretyship by business owners
Commissions for granting loan:
- up to 1% for granting loan
- 1.5% for unspent lending ceiling
Forms of loan product granted: A loan in the form of overdraft with a specified period of continuous loan indebtedness
